This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Oversee a team of more than 20 employees, including facilities managers, coordinators, and mission home attendants.
β’ Supervise facilities encompassing around 6 million square feet, including meetinghouses, camps, mission homes and offices, seminaries, institutes, storehouses, and distribution centers.
β’ Collaborate closely with third-party operations and technical staff supporting Church facilities.
β’ Conduct operational assessments and inspections to ensure consistency and maintain service quality.
β’ Train facilities managers and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Propose annual capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx) budgets to Headquarters, ensuring adherence to performance and budgetary constraints.
β’ Support local initiatives and suggest enhancements.
β’ Assist other divisions during natural disasters and emergencies.
β’ Utilize computer systems, including Corrigo and IWMS tools.
β’ Work in partnership with real estate, architecture and engineering, construction, and strategic planning departments.
β’ Collaborate with HR to recruit personnel and recommend employee promotions, advancements, or other status modifications.
β’ Ensure the effective implementation of Meetinghouse Facilities processes, covering planning, real estate, standard plans, project development and construction, operations, and maintenance.
β’ Create, submit, and execute the regional strategy outlined in the area annual plan.
β’ Establish personnel responsibilities and accountabilities using key performance indicators.
β’ Develop personnel growth plans to enhance employee capabilities and boost performance.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities management, or a related field.
β’ A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in construction management and physical facilities administration.
β’ At least five (5) years of substantial supervisory or management experience.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with strong leadership abilities.
β’ A proficient trainer with the capacity to develop strategies.
β’ Must be knowledgeable of all processes to ensure comprehensive process integration.
β’ Physical capability to sit for extended periods and operate computer monitors and equipment.
β’ Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently possess temple worthiness.
