Regional Director – Resort Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to various resort housekeeping departments within a specified region

• Collaborate with the on-site director to steer a goal-oriented resort housekeeping team

• Cultivate a productive, effective, and fulfilling team atmosphere

• Enhance team morale, enthusiasm, quality, and mutual respect

• Sustain and/or elevate customer and guest satisfaction

• Conduct daily inspections and evaluations

• Mentor and advise team members

• Partner with resort and company leadership to establish expectations and accomplish objectives

• Review data and modify operations to align with facility, budgetary, and compliance targets

• Implement, uphold, and oversee quality control systems and budgets

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with responsibilities across multiple locations

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent amount of experience in the hospitality sector

• Capability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and various software programs

• Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities

• Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish, is an advantage
