This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, upkeep, and governance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, process maps, and reference materials.

• Ensure compliance with documentation standards, version control, and approval workflows.

• Evaluate documentation requirements, identify gaps, and ensure alignment of operational content with regulatory demands, business rules, policies, and system modifications.

• Coordinate assessments of operational impacts and readiness efforts for business, system, compliance, and market changes.

• Create communication materials, training resources, and updates to SOPs.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, obtain operational signoffs, and engage in change governance activities such as Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Training teams on system enhancements, implementations, testing, workflow design, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Act as the operational subject matter expert for enterprise tools and technologies.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute improvements in processes and documentation utilizing operational data, audits, user feedback, and business insights.

• Monitor compliance with operational standards, assist in corrective actions, and manage performance dashboards and key metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, change management, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality SOPs, workflows, and job aids tailored to diverse audiences.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.
