Regional Director, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive operations of several hotels within a specified region.

• Manage projects as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.

• Uphold operational and service excellence standards.

• Engage in long-term planning and problem-solving.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to hotel teams.

• Train and cultivate new Resident General Managers.

• Conduct performance evaluations, planning, and action steps for direct reports.

• Analyze financial data, guest satisfaction metrics, and employee satisfaction for trends.

• Assist management teams in executing corrective measures and action plans.

• Perform regular asset assessments to safeguard owners’ investments.

• Ensure strategic plans are established for all hotels under management.

• Investigate operational issues that arise within hotel settings.

• Prepare management reports and conduct critical evaluations.

• Maintain adherence to brand standards.
