This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-driven culture with General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing effective practices and providing peer-to-peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and expand market share from existing accounts through purposeful and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with designated hotels to track progress.
• Cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM for account management and to expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to boost revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
• Report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Preference for candidates with multi-property sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other sales technologies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage priorities and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during the client’s business hours.
