This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and facilitating peer-to-peer coaching.
• Drive return on investment for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and enhance market share from existing accounts through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via Microsoft Teams for the assigned hotels.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Craft exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold client satisfaction.
• Represent clients with professionalism and integrity, serving as a seamless extension of the hotel.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen and elevate client relationships.
• Report to an Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of continuous hotel guestroom sales experience across various market segments.
• Preferred experience in multi-property sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work at a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2–4 times per year.
