This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-driven culture in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel through sharing best practices and peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue milestones within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and expand market share from existing clients through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via Microsoft Teams for the assigned hotels.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to maximize revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel for clients, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across diverse market segments.
• Preferred experience in multi-property sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and operations within the hotel industry.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technologies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capable of managing priorities and delivering results in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times each year.
• This position is home-based (remote) during the client’s business hours.
