This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Execute strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff through best-practice sharing and peer coaching.
• Maximize ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and expand market share from existing clients through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via Microsoft Teams for assigned hotels.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the designated POD team to enhance revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Craft exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Represent clients as a seamless extension of the hotel, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage priorities and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client’s business hours.
• 2-4 in-market visits per year.
