This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff through sharing best practices and peer coaching.
• Drive return on investment for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and enhance market share from existing clients through strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams for the assigned hotels.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to oversee accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Represent clients as a seamless extension of the hotel, showcasing professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for market visits to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
• Report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Multi-property sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client’s business hours.
• Travel for market visits (2-4 visits per year).
