This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Guide district managers through problem-solving and decision-making processes
• Cultivate a robust talent pipeline, recruit quality candidates, prioritize training and development, address human resources challenges, and enhance retention
• Identify promotion opportunities and approve them, as well as take necessary disciplinary actions, including terminations
• Develop and enhance district manager teams and create talent pipelines for the future
• Equip and empower district managers to make strategic and tactical decisions that boost employee engagement and positively affect financial performance
• Regularly visit stores to assess performance and work environment, providing constructive feedback and recognition
• Engage proactively with district and store managers to facilitate the implementation of directives, policies, and procedures
• Foster buy-in among direct reports to embrace change while setting clear expectations
• Utilize business acumen to make data-driven decisions that lead to positive regional outcomes
• Effectively communicate and translate the company vision to achieve or exceed objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate leaders to advocate for resources, resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance store performance
• Build strong relationships with corporate business partners, including HR, finance, real estate, and construction
• Analyze business outcomes and visit stores to enhance district manager performance
• Utilize reports and metrics to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and boost profitability
• Promote accountability and budget achievement by managing expenses, safeguarding assets, driving sales, and maximizing profit margins
• Strategically plan for operational enablement of revenue growth
• Collaborate with and provide feedback to the regional support team
• Prioritize interactions with associates to meet regional needs
• Encourage regional team members to explore and pilot more effective working methods
• Achieve results while adhering to company policies and applicable laws
• Foster and maintain a sales culture that delivers regional performance outcomes
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences through the Five Below service model
• Evaluate districts and coach leaders to promote consistent customer experiences and incremental sales growth
• Carry out additional duties as required
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Over 10 years of experience in retail
• At least 5 years of experience in multi-store management
• Background in retail operations
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to plan strategically and effectively manage time to achieve business objectives
• Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating staff across various locations
• Strong business acumen and adept problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to implement corporate business plans successfully
• Proficiency in computer use and standard office software applications
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
