This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Oversee and evaluate designated communities to ensure continuous adherence to state and federal laws, as well as established nursing standards of clinical practice.
• Formulate and execute action plans derived from analyzed survey data, corrective plans, and quality assurance documentation.
• Create and implement suitable policies, procedures, and practices in collaboration with nursing and administrative personnel.
• Engage in clinical administrative staff interviews within the community as required.
• Generate precise and validated financial reports while responsibly managing company and community budgets.
• Uphold the OIG Corporate Compliance Program and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Compose precise and measurable reports, along with clear action plans, in a timely fashion.
• Recommend ancillary providers and vendors to guarantee accurate, cost-efficient, and high-quality services.
• Examine clinical data and suggest enhancements to clinical outcomes.
• Aid in the training and education related to clinical systems, resident care, and corporate initiatives.
• Create clinical education and training programs.
• Support programs branded by LCS.
• Offer nursing consulting services during emergency situations.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Must possess a valid registered nursing license.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Assisted Living communities is required.
• Experience as a Director of Nursing and in multi-site consulting is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of Assisted Living regulations and documentation necessities.
• Capability to connect clinical support to billing processes.
• Skill in developing training programs and benchmarks for Administrators and Directors of Nursing (DONs).
• Ability to assess and address the needs of staff, clients, residents, and their families.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Competence to work effectively on an independent basis.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 50–75% of the time.
