Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Supervise local volunteer chapters within designated regions to coordinate fundraising events

• Attract, educate, and maintain a strong volunteer base

• Manage the assessment and recommendation stages of RMEF’s grant program in Montana

• Direct, organize, and support local chapter committees in the planning, organization, and delivery of effective in-person fundraising initiatives

• Collaborate closely with key RMEF volunteers to ensure adherence to RMEF operational policies

• Organize and implement an annual in-person workshop for volunteers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, Communications, or a related discipline

• Five years of additional professional experience in a business setting

• Preferred experience in working with volunteers and fundraising initiatives
