This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Formulate regional business strategies to meet and surpass sales objectives for the designated area.
• Prioritize business strategies based on agent segmentation.
• Assess changes in the territory, market dynamics, personnel shifts, and relationship requirements.
• Update business plans, including visits and training sessions, as necessary.
• Create and execute regional segmentation initiatives in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
• Lead or coordinate training sessions, webcasts, and conference calls for BGA staff and Producers.
• Schedule sales meetings and prepare their agendas.
• Outline subsequent steps and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Collaborate with the assigned Internal Wholesaler on sales strategies, case management, and BGA requirements.
• Oversee both informal and formal applications to optimize placement and production.
• Organize and maintain records in the specified CRM system.
• Report on sales activities and production metrics.
• Sustain relationships with Marketing, Compliance, Underwriting, and Operations teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, underwriting regulations, advanced marketing concepts, and company products.
• Work together with Product Development, Competition & Research, and Advanced Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to add value through service and sales initiatives.
• Uphold ethical standards and compliance within the region.
• Manage the region efficiently within the allocated budget.
• In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance products (Term, IUL, and WL).
• Familiarity with Advanced Sales concepts.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Proven initiative, leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability.
• Proficient public speaking skills.
• Valid State Life & Health License.
• Bachelor’s Degree along with Insurance designations (CLU and/or ChFC).
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses or the ability to acquire them within 120 days of starting.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in life insurance sales.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
