Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Develop the regional strategy for member engagement and expansion throughout Asia.

• Gain insights into the investment, personal, philanthropic, business, and career aspirations of regional members.

• Advocate for members' interests and propel 3i's initiatives forward in the region.

• Collaborate with the 3i HQ team to provide local organizational resources.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new members.

• Conduct quarterly check-ins with members.

• Connect members with investment groups, events, masterminds, curated introductions, deal diligence calls, and other offerings.

• Facilitate communication between members and the 3i investment team regarding pertinent deals.

• Ensure positive experiences for members and promote membership renewals.

• Drive the strategy for regional network growth.

• Solicit, qualify, and engage with referrals from members.

• Collaborate with other Regional Directors to enhance regional connectivity.

• Implement a high-touch sales process to convert prospects.

• Cultivate relationships with influential individuals in the region.

• Develop strategies for regional events and member engagement.

• Plan and execute community-building events in collaboration with the Events team.

• Identify event themes, curate attendee lists, and host events.

• Organize curated meals and larger gatherings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within the financial or investment sector.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High level of emotional intelligence.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for face-to-face meetings and events.

• A genuine passion for community development, relationship building, and supporting others' success.
