Director, SIOP Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold enterprise SIOP guardrails, which include forecast accuracy, overdrive limits, and plan stability thresholds.

• Specify acceptable tolerances for planning and execution.

• Take ownership of SIOP standards, templates, and processes across the network.

• Guarantee consistent inputs, outputs, and meeting protocols across sites as well as centralized planning teams.

• Combine demand, supply, and MPS inputs into a unified SIOP narrative for Consensus and Executive Reviews.

• Establish clear escalation processes for guardrail violations, unresolved trade-offs, and cross-functional disputes.

• Perform SIOP maturity evaluations across sites and centralized teams.

• Recognize gaps and promote capability enhancement.

• Collaborate with the Enterprise SIOP Lead to strengthen governance, enhance decision quality, and foster the adoption of the SIOP operating model.

• Adhere to additional instructions and execute related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management, including direct leadership in demand planning, supply planning, MPS, and SIOP.

• More than 5 years of experience leading successful transformation projects or collaborating with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Capable of performing work that is subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

• Familiarity with various ERP systems (e.g., Siteline, Visual, Epicor).

• At least 5 years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently conduct supply chain analyses such as inventory line of balance.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of aligning teams around a common plan.

• Proficiency in building data assets in Snowflake, executing CI/CD through GitHub, developing analytical tools across multiple platforms, and supporting data operations.

• Highly motivated and proactive, with the capability to manage several high-priority projects in a dynamic environment.

• Must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.

• Must frequently sit, stand, and walk.

• Must be able to lift and transport up to 15 pounds.

• Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is mandatory on the shop floor.

• Occasional weekend and evening work may be necessary.
