Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure that members gain maximum value from the 3i platform

• Develop the regional strategy for member engagement and growth throughout Southern California

• Act as the representative voice for regional members while collaborating with the 3i HQ team and the Regional Executive Director

• Oversee the onboarding process for new members

• Conduct quarterly check-ins with members

• Connect members with investing groups, events, masterminds, curated introductions, deal diligence calls, and other offerings

• Link members with the 3i investment team and pertinent deals

• Ensure a positive experience for members and facilitate membership renewals

• Foster growth through a referral-based network and actively engage with referrals

• Implement a high-touch sales approach to convert prospects

• Cultivate relationships with influential individuals in the region

• Develop event and engagement strategies for Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara

• Plan and carry out community-building events, including theme selection, attendee curation, and hosting responsibilities

• Organize curated meals and host larger events

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the financial or investment sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High emotional intelligence

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks concurrently

• Willingness to travel regularly for in-person meetings and events across Southern California and occasionally to other cities

• Enthusiasm for community engagement, relationship building, and assisting others in achieving success
