This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Serve as a strategic link to regional leaders of significant veterinary corporate partners.
β’ Implement strategic and tactical initiatives devised by commercial, marketing, medical, and partner C-Suites.
β’ Foster partnerships between Zoetis brands and Petcare corporate partners.
β’ Improve lead management and enrichment within the respective U.S. region.
β’ Grasp corporate practice KPIs, market research, data analysis, metrics, sales targets, industry trends, sales training materials, and customer requirements.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, and Professional Service Veterinarians on marketing and partner initiatives.
β’ Advocate for corporate partners while promoting Zoetis Petcare.
β’ Establish connections with stakeholders and influencers to enhance the adoption of Zoetis brands.
β’ Propel regional partner performance across various teams.
β’ Make real-time decisions and deliver presentations to both large and small audiences.
β’ Lead both immediate and long-term strategies for profitable growth.
β’ Cultivate relationships with Area Sales Teams, Commercial Leads, Medical Leads, Professional Service Veterinarians, and Customer Marketing.
β’ Elevate customer programs and communication both upstream and downstream.
β’ Drive aligned priorities, projects, and sales efforts.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 7 years of demonstrated success, including sales management and strategic execution experience.
β’ Proven experience in managing partnerships, budgets, project management, and sales operations.
β’ Background in sales management with experience in leading teams.
β’ Proven cross-functional leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring collaboration.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and project leadership capabilities.
β’ Skilled at navigating dynamic, complex, and ever-evolving environments.
β’ Knowledge of negotiation, selling techniques, conflict resolution, and financial acumen within veterinary corporate practices.
β’ Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and a capacity to learn Zoetis systems).
β’ Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, business insight, and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time, including some evenings and overnight stays as necessary for the role.
β’ All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for Zoetis.
