This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Serve as a strategic link to regional leaders of major veterinary corporate partners.
• Implement strategic and tactical plans created by commercial, marketing, medical, and partner leadership teams.
• Foster partnerships between Zoetis brands and Petcare corporate partners.
• Improve lead management and enrichment processes in the U.S. region.
• Comprehend corporate practice KPIs, market research, data analysis, metrics, sales objectives, industry trends, sales training content, and customer requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, and Professional Service Veterinarians on marketing and partner initiatives.
• Advocate for corporate partners while promoting Zoetis Petcare and encouraging the use of Zoetis brands.
• Enhance regional partner performance across various teams.
• Make timely decisions and engage with both large and small audiences through presentations and facilitation.
• Develop both near-term and long-term strategies for profitable growth.
• Cultivate relationships with sales, commercial, medical, veterinary, and customer marketing teams.
• Advance customer programs and communications both upstream and downstream.
• Drive aligned priorities, projects, and sales efforts.
• Travel at least 50% within the region, with potential weekend commitments, national company meetings, and conferences.
• A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of demonstrated achievements, including successful sales management and strategy execution experience.
• A proven history of managing partnerships, budgets, project management, and sales processes.
• Experience in sales management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability for cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent organizational and project leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of negotiation, selling skills, conflict resolution, and financial acumen in veterinary corporate practices.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, business insight, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time and work some evenings and overnight as necessary.
• All candidates must possess or secure authorization to work in the U.S. for Zoetis.
