Regional Continuous Improvement Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Power Transformers division.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to define strategic goals, performance indicators, and improvement plans.

• Champion Lean transformations aimed at waste reduction, standardization of processes, and enhancement of quality.

• Oversee strategy deployment, KPI management, daily operational systems, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Direct cross-functional projects employing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis techniques.

• Recognize opportunities to boost quality, productivity, safety, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.

• Mentor and develop employees and leaders in the principles and best practices of continuous improvement.

• Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and support teams to streamline end-to-end processes and minimize throughput times.

• Ensure adherence to relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in operational excellence, business process management, continuous improvement, manufacturing, engineering, or related fields.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and process improvement projects.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Enterprise Systems, Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead organizational change, and drive improvements across the enterprise.

• Lean Six Sigma, Lean Expert, or Lean Master certification is preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Successful completion of relevant pre-employment background checks and, if necessary, additional security screenings.
