This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement LAPP distribution partnership strategies within the designated region.
• Achieve goals for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives at specified partner accounts.
• Build professional relationships with key stakeholders at partner accounts and identify qualifying partners.
• Design and execute digital distribution strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure LAPP retains a leading competitive stance with distributor partners.
• Launch new product introduction initiatives at designated distribution partners.
• Collaborate across functions with Product Management, Marketing, Regional Sales, and District Sales teams.
• Create marketing content, campaigns, and promotions for distributors.
• Conduct advanced product training sessions for distributors.
• Evaluate point-of-sale and distributor inventory data.
• Train sales teams and pinpoint target opportunities.
• Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering communication and adhering to channel guidelines.
• Support the administration of the annual distributor rebate program.
• Perform bi-annual reviews of distribution channel inventory.
• Provide monthly sales KPI reporting for channel partners.
• Lead collaborative partner planning to set performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to distributor and partner agreements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred) or technical qualification or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated successful channel sales and/or distribution experience combined.
• Solid understanding of industrial distribution and related products.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, particularly MS Excel.
• Familiarity with remote selling technologies, including PowerPoint and Teams.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Capability to work with mathematical concepts, financial ratios, and business equations.
• Basic financial acumen and competence in a business setting.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel by car or air, including overnight trips.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Travel up to 50% may be necessary.
