This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Foster and enhance strategic partnerships with channel partners, resellers, and AV systems integrators.
• Collaborate with distribution to identify high-growth potential partners and strengthen existing relationships.
• Align Jabra’s objectives with partner business strategies, with a focus on growth, training, and enablement.
• Create and implement regional sales strategies to surpass revenue goals and secure market share.
• Manage demand generation and pipeline expansion through collaborative marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Educate and certify channel partners on Jabra’s partner programs, product offerings, value propositions, and industry trends.
• Provide continuous support and resources to enhance partner performance.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive insights, and trends in the audio and video sectors.
• Work with internal teams to synchronize market opportunities, customer needs, and channel priorities.
• Collaborate with channel marketing on investment strategies and messaging.
• Assist DMR and distribution partner events, respond to field requests, and support ad hoc channel initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance metrics.
• Offer leadership with insights into regional performance, risks, growth opportunities, and necessary strategic actions.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with a vendor/manufacturer in the audio, video, or related technology sectors.
• Extensive experience in a channel sales role within the designated territory.
• Proven track record in leading channel growth strategies and achieving measurable business results.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic area.
• In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics and the current partner landscape.
• Established relationships with channel partners, resellers, AV integrators, and distributors.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the territory and to industry events.
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and accountable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
