This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Attain sales, unit, profit dollar, and growth targets for designated Divisions.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Assist in the development and execution of category strategy.
• Tailor category sales plans for the assigned Divisions and identify/address any discrepancies in budgets/targets.
• Implement category strategy and planning, which includes customer communications, COGS, and digital initiatives.
• Maintain the division-specific Enterprise Sales Planning (ESP).
• Oversee assortment management, including item setup and maintenance.
• Establish pricing strategies and lead planogramming, including necessary store execution.
• Negotiate advantageous programs and costs while fostering strategic alliances with the trade.
• Assist in the category review process.
• Act as the company's Subject Matter Expert for designated Divisions, monitoring commodity and brand performance trends, competitors, and regional preferences.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws and regulations as required.
• Review advertisements, versions, and collateral while assessing commodity and promotional performance by Division.
• Analyze and communicate category outcomes, trends, market share, pricing simulations, targets, and weekly promotional forecasts to Divisions.
• Supervise and mentor direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback as needed.
• Carry out essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Over 3 years of experience in replenishment buying/procurement, merchandising, store management, operations, or brand management.
• Proven ability to coach and train others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred as part of previous job experience.
• Experience in roles such as Division Sales Manager, Store Coordinator, or Store Manager is preferred.
• Experience in vendor negotiations is desirable.
• Experience with promotional planning is considered a plus.
