This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +6 more states.
β’ Achieve the sales objectives set by the company.
β’ Oversee a team of territory managers operating in the field.
β’ Ensure that direct reports fulfill their responsibilities and maintain a professional, knowledgeable relationship with the healthcare community.
β’ Collaborate with the National Sales Director, training, and marketing teams to supply sales tools, support, and education.
β’ Uphold Credo values, lead with integrity, and implement company policies.
β’ Manage the professional development plans of employees and hold them accountable for their commitments.
β’ Utilize performance management processes and tools for planning activities and ensuring accountability.
β’ Adhere to corporate sales direction and guide the team to meet and surpass objectives and metrics.
β’ Partner with internal teams to support the work of direct reports.
β’ Engage with key customers and accounts to enhance sales across the entire product portfolio.
β’ Travel up to 75% within the designated region.
β’ Bachelor's degree; a major in a technical or scientific discipline is preferred.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of outside sales experience, particularly in medical device sales.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based role.
β’ Experience in people management is preferred.
β’ Previous involvement in contract development and implementation is preferred.
β’ More than 7 years of sales experience, including medical device sales of physician preference products, is preferred.
β’ Experience selling disruptive technologies is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with selling to surgeons in an operating room or invasive lab setting is preferred.
β’ Experience engaging with neurovascular surgeons is preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in device management is preferred.
β’ Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Formal sales training is preferred.
β’ Must reside within the area of responsibility.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40% is required.
β’ A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a clean driving record are required.
