This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +6 more states.
• Achieve the company's sales targets.
• Oversee a team of territory managers operating in the field.
• Ensure that direct reports fulfill their responsibilities and maintain a professional, knowledgeable relationship with the healthcare community.
• Collaborate closely with the National Sales Director, training, and marketing teams to equip the sales team with necessary tools, support, and educational resources.
• Promote Credo values, lead with integrity, and enforce company policies.
• Work together with employees on their professional development plans and hold them accountable for their commitments.
• Employ performance management processes and tools for planning activities and ensuring accountability.
• Adhere to corporate sales directives and guide the team to achieve and surpass objectives and metrics.
• Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate the work of direct reports.
• Engage with key customers and accounts to enhance sales across the entire product portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of outside sales experience, specifically in selling medical devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based role.
• Must reside within the designated area of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40% of the time.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: Experience in People Management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Contracting (development and implementation).
• Preferred: Over 7 years of sales experience, focusing on medical device sales of physician preference products.
• Preferred: Background in selling disruptive technologies.
• Preferred: Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or invasive lab setting.
• Preferred: Experience engaging with Neurovascular surgeons.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of experience in device management.
• Preferred: Experience with CRM utilization.
• Preferred: Completion of formal Sales Training.
