This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the allocation of personnel, resources, and investments throughout Ontario to enhance patient outcomes, revenue, and profitability for Pfizer Global Hospitals and Biosimilars.

• Achieve sales targets and optimize regional revenue and profitability.

• Execute commercial strategies and formulate as well as implement local business plans.

• Promote adherence to commercial engagement standards and provide regular face-to-face and virtual coaching.

• Supervise and mentor colleagues to reach business objectives.

• Provide leadership across functions and implement omnichannel initiatives.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Head Office teams on brand strategies and initiatives.

• Gather local insights and offer feedback to cross-functional partners.

• Direct customer-facing interactions with strategic customers.

• Create customer plans and oversee Integrated Customer Planning for the region.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key local stakeholders.

• Ensure the engagement and development of direct reports.

• Maintain compliance in all commercial activities and report adverse events and product complaints.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial leadership experience with a strong record in sales and/or key account management.

• Ideally possess experience in oncology or specialty care.

• Proven ability to create and implement regional business plans in complex settings.

• Strong skills in people and cross-functional leadership as well as coaching.

• Capability to collaborate across various functions and manage change effectively.

• In-depth understanding of the customer and healthcare ecosystem.

• Established connections with key stakeholders.

• Patient-focused approach.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Relevant university degree in business, science, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the territory for field visits and coaching.
