This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Inspire, mentor, and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists to build a motivated team.
β’ Identify and prioritize opportunities, securing and utilizing resources to enhance outcomes.
β’ Create and implement a cohesive business plan for the RYBREVANT franchise across Lung and Head & Neck cancers in the West Region.
β’ Achieve compliant product sales growth and meet volume targets.
β’ Address the needs related to disease-area customers, market access, and operational efficiencies.
β’ Partner with Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Excellence, and external collaborators.
β’ Establish effective operating networks and optimal access strategies.
β’ Guide leaders and teams to align stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
β’ Define account goals and objectives to drive performance.
β’ Monitor account metrics and overall business performance.
β’ Provide cohesive regional leadership throughout the West Region.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license from one of the fifty United States.
β’ At least 10 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of cross-functional experience in significant commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
β’ Previous experience in people management is essential.
β’ Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage diverse, high-performing teams.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight or weekend travel.
β’ Candidates should either reside within the West Region or be open to relocating.
β’ Preferred: cross-functional experience that extends beyond sales and includes sales learning and development, along with strategic or in-line marketing.
β’ Preferred: experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
β’ Preferred: prior sales experience as a professional sales representative and/or District Manager.
β’ Strongly preferred: experience in oncology/solid tumors, particularly in lung and/or head and neck cancer.
β’ A demonstrated commitment to learning and adopting emerging technologies, such as AI.
