Regional Business Director – Hematology

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor District Managers and Sales Specialists responsible for the Hematology portfolio, featuring DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, and TALVEY.

• Formulate and implement business plans that align with Johnson & Johnson's business and brand strategies.

• Achieve compliant product sales growth that meets or surpasses the objectives set for the Hematology portfolio.

• Assess sales and operations data to track performance, identify key drivers and obstacles, prioritize opportunities, and create corrective action plans.

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Key Accounts, Hematology Clinical Educators, Field Reimbursement, Area Business Specialists, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence, and external collaborators.

• Guide internal and external partners to foster alignment and achieve customer-focused, company-responsible outcomes.

• Establish account goals and objectives while overseeing account metrics and overall business performance.

• Encourage innovative thinking while ensuring compliance with Company standards, the J&J Credo, and HCC guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

• A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States is necessary.

• At least ten (10) years of relevant work experience is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in significant commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors is mandatory.

• Previous experience in people management is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high-performing, diverse teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend trips.

• Cross-functional experience beyond sales, including in-line marketing and/or strategic marketing, is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field, including pharmaceuticals, is preferred.

• Previous roles as a professional sales representative and/or District Manager are preferred.

• Experience in Hematology, Solid Tumor, or Oncology is an added advantage.

• Proven commitment to learning and applying emerging technologies, such as AI, while promoting responsible use and sound judgment is preferred.
