This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Prepare for the expected launch of tirabrutinib aimed at treating relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma.
• Lead a regional sales team to drive performance.
• Develop regional business plans, outlining actions, timelines, and success metrics.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and overall business performance.
• Identify customer needs and align organizational resources accordingly.
• Provide strategic insights for commercial planning, tools, resources, and field execution strategies.
• Create data-driven assessments of business performance and recommendations.
• Guide team execution to meet or surpass business objectives.
• Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and other essential tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a compliant customer experience.
• Optimize territory alignment, customer targeting, and field activities.
• Ensure the completion of administrative tasks and compliance-related activities.
• Mentor, provide feedback, and manage the performance of the sales team.
• Set performance expectations and implement focused development plans.
• Promote continuous learning, improvement, and accountability within the team.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Training departments.
• Share insights and best practices across teams.
• Foster integrity, accountability, collaboration, and a patient-centered focus.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage regional budgets and operational activities effectively.
• Reinforce ethical behavior throughout the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• At least 3 years of front-line sales experience in malignant hematology.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles within malignant hematology or oncology.
• Experience in recruiting, organizing, developing, and retaining a cohesive, high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results in competitive and complex environments.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and influence business strategy.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet business goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership presence, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD).
• Preferred: experience in oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Preferred: background in rare diseases and/or complex, access-driven markets.
• Preferred: experience in supporting or developing commercial capabilities.
• Preferred: comprehensive understanding of the full commercial ecosystem.
• Preferred: ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced, or growth-oriented settings.
