This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Supervise operational, financial, and strategic performance across 6 to 8 dental practice locations, generating annual revenue of $60M to $80M+
• Direct daily operations, workflows, scheduling, resource allocation, KPIs, compliance, and best practices
• Oversee regional P&L, budgets, forecasts, financial plans, revenue cycle management, billing, collections, and relationships with payers
• Formulate regional growth strategies that encompass patient acquisition, referral networks, marketing, community engagement, and patient conversion
• Partner with Clinical Directors and Lead Dentists to synchronize business objectives with clinical excellence
• Facilitate clinical training, provider development, patient care initiatives, clinical KPIs, treatment protocols, and the adoption of digital dentistry
• Mentor and develop Practice Managers and regional operations teams through coaching and leadership training
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Cultivate relationships with referring providers, insurance partners, and key stakeholders
• Represent the organization at local healthcare and dental industry events while supporting community outreach initiatives
• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• An MBA or MHA is preferred
• 7+ years of leadership experience in multi-location healthcare, dental, or service-oriented industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage $60M+ in revenue with a history of driving growth and operational excellence
• Experience in leading regional teams, implementing sales strategies, and optimizing multi-site operations
• Strong P&L management skills, financial acumen, and strategic execution capabilities
• Ability to assess business trends, market data, and operational performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of dental industry trends, compliance, and best practices in patient experience
• Must reside within the states of Oregon or Washington
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
