This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement KHC’s long-term commercial strategy within the QSR sector.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite customer stakeholders.
• Oversee annual joint business planning, customer negotiations, assortment decisions, promotional strategies, and pricing plans.
• Enhance distribution, refine product assortment, and drive category and market share growth.
• Take ownership of annual sales, profit, market share, and specific customer financial targets.
• Manage the customer P&L, investment choices, travel and entertainment, and budget management.
• Assess market trends, competitive landscape, consumer insights, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Packaging, Legal, and Product Development.
• Implement launches, promotions, merchandising programs, and supply chain initiatives.
• Identify potential risks, address challenges, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven culture.
• Lead by influencing across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive sales or commercial experience in CPG, with direct involvement in retail or field sales.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience, including managing other managers.
• Profound understanding of retail execution, distribution, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in P&L and budget management.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
• Proficient in business planning and making data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
