This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Formulate and implement both regional and national commercial strategies to enhance MI Clarity adoption, usage, and market reach.
• Assemble, guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving team of Account Executives.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, urgency, customer orientation, and excellence in execution.
• Propel new account acquisition and expand existing accounts within oncology, pathology, breast surgery, and integrated delivery networks.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue lucrative market opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Create go-to-market strategies tailored for community oncology practices, academic medical centers, and health systems.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key accounts and healthcare systems.
• Engage with leaders in oncology and pathology, breast program directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pathologists and operational stakeholders to enhance tissue access and streamline workflow integration.
• Lead discussions concerning value-based care, clinical efficacy, and personalized treatment planning.
• Mentor teams on clinical selling techniques and evidence-based customer engagement strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and guide commercial talent.
• Conduct field coaching, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance enhancement activities.
• Set expectations for territories, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Assist in product launch initiatives, refine messaging, and prepare field readiness programs.
• Provide marketplace insights and competitive intelligence to Commercial Leadership and Marketing.
• Ensure precise forecasting, effective CRM utilization, reporting, and territory analytics.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Support meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and trade exhibitions.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Pathology, Market Access, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Manage assigned company assets.
• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing successful commercial teams.
• Proven track record in building, leading, and developing high-performance sales organizations.
• Demonstrated achievements in market development, new business acquisition, customer adoption, and revenue enhancement.
• Experience guiding teams through product launches, commercialization initiatives, or high-growth business settings.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the designated region.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance that meets company standards are required.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended durations.
• Ability to travel frequently by car and air.
• Capacity to lift standard office and meeting materials.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including a criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification.
