This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in managing the complete sales lifecycle for designated regional accounts, from qualification to proposal creation and contract finalization.
• Monitor the performance of regional partners and support the existing channel networks.
• Identify potential channel partner candidates.
• Provide support to regional partners with product enablement and ensure that demonstration equipment and tools are functional and operational.
• Analyze regional market dynamics, procurement timelines, and local trend data to aid in demand forecasting.
• Collect regional intelligence regarding customer requirements and competitive positioning for corporate strategic planning.
• Visualize and present data to regional and broader sales leadership through customized dashboards and AI-assisted reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to relay customer feedback and facilitate alignment in development and production.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, product demonstrations, and industry events.
• Organize executive and technical visits throughout the assigned territory.
• Act as the main regional point of contact.
• Completion of secondary education or a post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or communications.
• Professional background in sales, account management, or business development within tactical communications, wireless technology, or defense sectors.
• Familiarity with MANET ecosystems, RF networking, and wireless network integration.
• Capability to analyze regional procurement cycles, public safety funding structures, and defense acquisition processes.
• Proficient in delivering business presentations and maintaining professional communication in English and regional languages.
• Ability to independently foster sales opportunities and build enduring relationships with strategic customer stakeholders.
• Experience in assisting distributor and reseller networks with initial vetting and technical product knowledge.
• Skill in bridging end-user operational requirements with internal engineering and product roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in military service, defense procurement, or public safety operations is preferred.
• Experience with program management in high-performance commercial environments is preferred.
