This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +5 more countries.
• Formulate and implement regional growth strategies for the Spine sector within NoGI, focusing on identifying and advancing key opportunities in priority accounts, Focus Growth Accounts, and strategic growth segments.
• Collaborate with country leaders and commercial teams to create account development plans that foster procedure growth, therapy adoption, market share enhancement, and lasting customer loyalty.
• Spearhead regional initiatives aimed at accelerating the adoption of pioneering Spine technologies, procedural solutions, and newly launched products through focused commercial and clinical programs.
• Propel strategic business development within major university hospitals, teaching institutions, Centers of Excellence, and high-potential healthcare systems throughout the region.
• Establish and nurture relationships with spine surgeons, key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and clinical advocates to bolster market development, evidence generation, and customer advocacy.
• Recognize market opportunities, competitive conversion potential, and unmet customer needs, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives and business development strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans, including engagement with executive stakeholders, customer partnership development, and long-term growth strategies for accounts.
• Evaluate market and competitive trends, support market access and reimbursement initiatives, and equip commercial teams with the necessary tools, training, and best practices to accelerate growth and enhance execution.
• Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in medical technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic account management, commercial leadership, sales leadership, or senior sales positions.
• In-depth understanding of the Spine market, therapy adoption, healthcare decision-making processes, and complex hospital stakeholder environments.
• Experience in supporting product launches, market development initiatives, commercial growth programs, and strategic account expansion efforts.
• Demonstrated capability to operate across various countries and cultures in a matrix organization while effectively influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strong commercial insight, strategic thinking, customer orientation, and a proven ability to lead with accountability, collaboration, and adaptability in complex settings.
• Proven ability to convert market opportunities into actionable growth plans that enhance revenue, market share, and customer adoption.
