This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +5 more countries.
• Formulate and implement regional growth strategies for the Spine business throughout NoGI.
• Recognize and promote priority opportunities within key accounts, Focus Growth Accounts, and strategic growth segments.
• Collaborate with country leaders and commercial teams to develop account growth plans.
• Enhance procedure growth, therapy adoption, market share increase, and long-term customer loyalty.
• Lead regional efforts to promote the adoption of innovative Spine technologies, procedural solutions, and newly launched products.
• Drive strategic business development within major university hospitals, teaching institutions, Centers of Excellence, and high-potential healthcare systems.
• Establish and nurture relationships with spine surgeons, key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and clinical champions.
• Assist in market development, evidence generation, and customer advocacy.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive conversion prospects, and unmet customer needs.
• Convert market insights into actionable growth initiatives and business development strategies.
• Support strategic account planning, executive stakeholder engagement, customer partnership development, and long-term account growth strategies.
• Analyze market and competitive trends.
• Facilitate market access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Provide commercial teams with tools, training, and best practices to accelerate growth and enhance execution.
• A bachelor's degree, master's degree, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in medical technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic account management, commercial leadership, sales leadership, or senior sales roles.
• Deep understanding of the Spine market, therapy adoption, healthcare decision-making processes, and complex hospital stakeholder environments.
• Experience in supporting product launches, market development initiatives, commercial growth programs, and strategic account expansion activities.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures within a matrix organization while influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, customer orientation, and the capacity to lead with accountability, collaboration, and adaptability in complex settings.
• Proven ability to translate market opportunities into executable growth plans that drive revenue, market share, and customer adoption.
