
Regional Builder Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with builders to establish referral partnerships and increase loan volume for Mortgage Sales Teams.
• Organize prospect and client lists, coordinate calling initiatives, oversee business management, and align operating rhythms with Mortgage Sales Teams.
• Collaborate with operations, product, risk, and learning teams to enhance the utilization and market share of construction perm, renovation, and condo products.
• Supervise product training for loan officers and provide market intelligence.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Construction Perm and Renovation.
• Create and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting mortgage origination through partnerships with realtors and builders.
• Manage relationships with realtors and builders in conjunction with Mortgage Sales Teams.
• Independently prospect using referral sources, current clients, and centers of influence.
• Coordinate calling efforts and execute joint calls alongside Mortgage Sales Teams.
• Collaborate with the Home Builder Commercial Real Estate Group to leverage relationships and achieve Preferred Partner status.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and establish proactive routines to assess results and sustain partnerships.
• Participate in community and industry forums, conferences, and meetings.
• Monitor partnership performance and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proven experience in Builder Alliances.
• Experience in managing Construction Perm sales or fulfillment.
• Previous experience in Mortgage sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate new and existing client relationships while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Capability to facilitate collaboration across various partners.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as required.
