This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Oversee, train, and manage the performance of a remote team of Service Center Coordinators.
• Instruct coordinators on the importance of accountability and accuracy in the work order process and how it affects incentive fee submissions.
• Lead the remote team, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures for prioritizing and processing work orders.
• Supervise, review, and input work orders; uphold data integrity utilizing property management software.
• Detect and resolve discrepancies in turn, maintenance, and purchase order documentation.
• Ensure compliance with work order reporting standards.
• Collect and analyze essential business data; track work order closure rates through KPIs and report on status and issues.
• Liaise with local property management leadership regarding work orders that need escalation.
• Offer professional support for escalated customer service matters.
• Maintain expert knowledge of property management software and guarantee data integrity through auditing, validation, and testing.
• Coach, inspire, mentor, recruit, and retain Service Center Coordinators in partnership with the Regional Service Manager.
• Execute all responsibilities of a Service Center Coordinator.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 6 months in residential property management.
• A year of experience in a supervisory role leading a team is essential.
• Demonstrated success in work order tracking and dispatch, including the initiation, monitoring, and management of work orders and purchase orders.
• Proven ability to cultivate, inspire, and manage high-performing teams, including remote staff.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused; capable of implementing and training on standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Proficient in professionally engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and resolving escalated customer issues.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and projects in a dynamic setting.
• Must act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Strong proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Independent, self-driven, and able to function effectively in a remote team environment.
• Capable of balancing long-term tasks with daily responsibilities and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
• Experienced in utilizing property management software.
• Ability to work in a paperless environment and navigate various software applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of the specified military bases.
