Regional Account Team Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers to ensure outstanding client satisfaction, achievement of energy savings goals, and effective management of key accounts.

• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team environment dedicated to surpassing objectives while embodying CLEAResult values.

• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring proactive communication and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

• Create and implement strategic account plans that promote customer satisfaction and retention.

• Standardize and deploy a lead tracking report to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the performance of the account management team.

• Analyze data and customer feedback, providing regular updates on program management regarding key accounts, achievements, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with program management and leadership to formulate strategies and deliver solutions that inform outreach, marketing, external training, education, and other program activities that drive goal attainment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Michigan.

• 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven history of successful client retention and revenue growth.

• Previous experience in a leadership role.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a knack for motivating and developing a high-performing team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship or support.

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment screenings.

• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification standards and comply with relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
