
Regional Account Manager β Northeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
β’ Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue targets for the designated region.
β’ Oversee and expand a portfolio of key accounts.
β’ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the client base and market share.
β’ Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to provide tailored customer solutions.
β’ Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
β’ Assess distributor performance and proficiency to maintain an optimal balance of product line sales.
β’ Prepare and deliver presentations to both prospective and existing customers.
β’ Keep detailed records of sales activities, account interactions, and customer information.
β’ Represent Bosch at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows within the region.
β’ Report on sales performance, market trends, pipeline forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
β’ Build and foster long-term relationships with customers.
β’ Must reside within the designated Northeast territory.
β’ High School Diploma required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience.
β’ At least 3 years of experience with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Mini-Split applications.
β’ Background in HVAC sales with a proven track record in account management and revenue generation.
β’ Ability to travel at least 50% within the assigned region.
β’ Experience with CRM software.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent industry experience showcasing professional expertise (preferred).
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β’ Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proven success in managing, expanding, and retaining key accounts within a regional territory.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business environment.
β’ Expertise in consultative sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and strategic business development practices.
β’ Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and devise effective sales strategies.
β’ History of surpassing performance targets and revenue goals.
β’ Experience with account forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
β’ Sales-related certifications or professional development credentials (preferred).
β’ Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment.
β’ Successful completion of a drug screen and background check prior to the start date.
