Regional Account Manager, Channel Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Execute outside sales, develop new business, and manage accounts for Arcwood’s service offerings.

• Identify prospective accounts and generate orders through personal sales visits.

• Articulate services and evaluate customer needs effectively.

• Increase revenue and profits from current accounts through consistent customer engagement and the promotion of additional services.

• Build and maintain sales relationships with key target accounts.

• Prepare, submit, and analyze reports regarding activities, sales volume, and expenditures.

• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

• Represent Arcwood at trade shows, conventions, Chamber of Commerce events, and professional organizations.

• Keep abreast of environmental regulatory shifts, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to remain under 45 days.

• Establish service timelines with customers and guarantee quality and satisfaction.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms effectively.

• Prepare the annual sales revenue budget and prioritize key customer initiatives.

• Oversee and control sales-related expenses.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; a focus in sales, business, marketing, or science is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the industry is required.

• Alternatively, 7 years of relevant sales experience may substitute for a degree.

• Capability to perform outside sales, develop new business, and manage accounts effectively.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.

• Ability to manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to less than 45 days.

• Proficiency in negotiating pricing and contract terms.

• Understanding of the Company’s service offerings across all business segments.

• Skill in completing sales reports, budgets, and expense documentation.

• Flexibility to adapt to CORE business and customer categorization.

• Successful completion of a post-offer drug screening and background check is necessary.
