This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Implement the global enablement strategy within the designated region, ensuring alignment with business objectives, partner priorities, and local market needs.
• Facilitate consistent program execution while recognizing regional opportunities, risks, and growth initiatives that enhance performance and impact.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional Master Trainer teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with regional stakeholders, partner organizations, and client contacts throughout the United States and Latin America.
• Assist in prioritizing training, resource allocation, deployment planning, and scheduling.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, workforce challenges, and regional business requirements.
• Guarantee a high-quality experience for both learners and partners across training engagements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, organizational policies, and reporting obligations.
• Oversee training event execution, operational performance, trainer effectiveness, and business metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to global leadership.
• Ensure field teams have the necessary tools, systems, resources, and support for success.
• Assist in implementing global initiatives, process enhancements, and organizational best practices.
• Represent the program in regional business reviews, stakeholder meetings, and partner engagements across the United States and Latin America.
• Over 5 years of experience in training, enablement, consulting, field operations, professional services, account management, or program management.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, encompassing verbal and written business communication.
• Experience in managing distributed or remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regional operations and drive performance outcomes.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% and internationally to Latin America 2-4 times a year.
• Valid passport or capability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Professional fluency in Portuguese is an advantage.
• Familiarity with labor laws and workforce compliance requirements is preferred.
• Experience in supporting partner enablement, certification, or technical training programs is desirable.
• Background in global, matrixed organizations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

• Strong organizational and operational management abilities.
• Capacity to balance global standards with regional flexibility and execution needs.
