
Regional Account Manager – Automotive OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy, long-lasting relationships with automotive dealership clients.
• Perform consultative marketing evaluations and suggest solutions that align with dealers’ sales, service, retention, and revenue objectives.
• Assist dealerships in executing data-driven marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.
• Track campaign performance utilizing Team Velocity’s proprietary technology systems.
• Convert campaign data into insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps for dealership leadership.
• Facilitate client meetings, performance assessments, and strategic planning discussions.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Production, and other internal departments to ensure campaign deliverables are precise, thorough, and on schedule.
• Keep accurate monthly revenue forecasts and account documentation.
• Provide training to dealership teams to support sales and service goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance account performance, boost client adoption, and reinforce retention.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Team Velocity’s products and services within the first 90 days.
• Assist with new products, services, and initiatives as the company progresses.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or a similar client-facing position.
• Professional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Automotive marketing; Automotive advertising agency services; Automotive media sales; Automotive retail.
• Exceptional consultative selling, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive and accountable approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to visit clients and attend business meetings as required.
• Candidates should live in or around one of the following locations: Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Little Rock, Arkansas; Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee.
• Competitive base salary along with commission and bonus potential, with OTE reaching up to $125,000.
