
Regional Account Manager – Automotive OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture trusted, long-lasting relationships with clients in the automotive dealership sector.
• Perform consultative marketing evaluations and suggest solutions that align with dealers’ objectives in sales, service, retention, and revenue.
• Assist dealerships in executing data-driven marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance utilizing Team Velocity’s proprietary technology systems.
• Convert campaign data into insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps for dealership leadership.
• Facilitate regular client meetings, performance assessments, and strategic planning discussions.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of campaign deliverables.
• Keep precise monthly revenue forecasts and account records.
• Provide training to dealership teams to support their sales and service goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance account performance, broaden client engagement, and improve retention.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity’s products and services within the first 90 days.
• Assist with new products, services, and initiatives as the company progresses.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or another client-facing role.
• Professional background in at least one of the following fields: Automotive marketing; Automotive advertising agency services; Automotive media sales; Automotive retail.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship development, and presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable client recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive and accountable mindset, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to visit clients and participate in business meetings as required.
• Candidates should be located in or near Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Little Rock, Arkansas; or Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee.
• Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus potential, with OTE reaching up to $125,000.
