This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
β’ Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with automotive dealership clients.
β’ Perform consultative marketing evaluations and propose solutions that align with each dealership's sales, service, retention, and revenue objectives.
β’ Assist dealerships in executing effective, data-driven marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.
β’ Track campaign effectiveness utilizing Team Velocity's proprietary technology platforms.
β’ Convert campaign data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps for dealership leadership.
β’ Facilitate regular client meetings, performance assessments, and strategic planning discussions.
β’ Collaborate with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure that campaign deliverables are precise, complete, and timely.
β’ Keep accurate monthly revenue forecasts and account documentation.
β’ Provide training to dealership teams to enhance their sales and service goals.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance account performance, broaden client adoption, and reinforce retention.
β’ Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity's products and services within your first 90 days.
β’ Support the introduction of new products, services, and initiatives as the company progresses.
β’ Bachelor's degree.
β’ Minimum of two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or a similar client-facing role.
β’ Professional experience in at least one of the following domains: Automotive marketing; Automotive advertising agency services; Automotive media sales; Automotive retail.
β’ Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations for clients.
β’ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
β’ A proactive, responsible mindset with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Willingness to visit clients and attend business meetings as necessary.
β’ Candidates should reside in or near one of the following areas: Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Little Rock, Arkansas; Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee.
β’ Competitive base salary with commission and bonus potential, with OTE reaching up to $125,000.
