Regional Account Manager – Automotive OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted, long-lasting relationships with automotive dealership clients.

• Perform consultative marketing evaluations and propose solutions that align with the dealers' objectives for sales, service, retention, and revenue.

• Assist dealerships in implementing marketing strategies based on data, spanning both online and offline channels.

• Track campaign performance utilizing Team Velocity’s proprietary technology platforms.

• Convert campaign data into insights, actionable recommendations, and next steps for dealer leadership.

• Facilitate client meetings, conduct performance reviews, and engage in strategic planning discussions.

• Collaborate with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to guarantee that campaign deliverables are precise, complete, and timely.

• Keep monthly revenue forecasts and account records up to date.

• Provide training for dealership teams.

• Discover opportunities to enhance account performance, boost client adoption, and improve retention.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity’s products and services within the first 90 days.

• Support the rollout of new products, services, and initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or a similar client-facing position.

• Professional background in automotive marketing, services from automotive advertising agencies, media sales in the automotive sector, or automotive retail.

• Strong skills in consultative selling, building relationships, and delivering presentations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable client recommendations.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A proactive and accountable mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to visit clients and attend business meetings as necessary.

• Candidates must be based in or around Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Little Rock, Arkansas; or Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee.
