
Regional Account Manager – Automotive OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Establish and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with automotive dealership clients.
• Perform consultative marketing evaluations and propose solutions that align with dealership sales, service, retention, and revenue objectives.
• Assist dealerships in implementing data-driven marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
• Track campaign performance utilizing proprietary technology platforms.
• Transform campaign data into insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps for dealership leadership.
• Facilitate client meetings, performance assessments, and strategic planning discussions.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Production, and internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are accurate, comprehensive, and timely.
• Maintain monthly revenue projections and account documentation.
• Offer training to dealership teams to support sales and service goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance account performance, increase client adoption, and bolster retention.
• Acquire a robust understanding of products and services within the first 90 days.
• Assist with new products, services, and initiatives as the company progresses.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or another customer-facing role.
• Professional background in automotive marketing, automotive advertising agency services, automotive media sales, or automotive retail.
• Exceptional consultative selling, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to interpret performance data and convert it into actionable client recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive and accountable approach with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to visit clients and attend business meetings as necessary.
• Candidates should be located in or near Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Little Rock, Arkansas; or Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee.
• Competitive base salary along with commission and bonus potential, with an OTE of up to $125,000.
