Regional Account Manager – Automotive OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with clients from automotive dealerships.

• Conduct in-depth marketing assessments and suggest solutions that align with the objectives of the dealers.

• Assist dealerships in executing data-driven marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms.

• Track campaign performance utilizing proprietary technology solutions.

• Convert campaign data into insights, actionable recommendations, and next steps.

• Facilitate client meetings, performance evaluations, and strategic discussions.

• Collaborate with Client Services, Production, and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

• Maintain monthly revenue projections and account documentation.

• Provide training to dealership teams.

• Identify areas for enhancing account performance, broadening client engagement, and bolstering retention.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of products and services within the initial 90 days.

• Support the rollout of new products, services, and corporate initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in consultative account management, client retention, or a similar client-facing role.

• Experience in automotive marketing, services from automotive advertising agencies, automotive media sales, or automotive retail.

• Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship development, and presentations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to analyze performance data and provide practical recommendations for clients.

• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive and accountable work ethic.

• Competent in working both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to visit clients and attend business meetings as required.

• Candidates should be located in or around Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Little Rock, Arkansas; or Memphis or Nashville, Tennessee.
