This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Meet or surpass designated sales and attach-rate targets while implementing company initiatives within the assigned region.
• Cultivate and enhance effective relationships with senior client field or store operation leadership, including Regional Vice Presidents.
• Drive store, district, and regional performance through innovative strategies and diverse methods.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to pinpoint growth and process-improvement opportunities.
• Analyze sales report data from the territory to uncover the most significant opportunities.
• Develop field relationships, comprehend client business plans, formulate aligned strategies, and integrate into the client team.
• Leverage insights from Store Managers, District Managers, and industry knowledge to identify actions that drive sales.
• Manage the activity calendar effectively to maximize results and manage expenses.
• Ensure regular touchpoints, training, and leadership support for high-volume districts and stores.
• Meet growth metrics established by sales leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create client sales-performance drivers and share growth opportunities and best practices.
• Assist in formulating and implementing the client's sales strategy.
• Continuously assess needs and offer action plans and recommendations to Sales Leadership.
• Incorporate Protection Plan training into client training programs and update these programs as necessary.
• Engage with senior client sales leaders and propose improvement strategies based on insights and learnings.
• Conduct client-specific training sessions to encourage Protection Plan sales.
• Organize training logistics, including participants, materials, and training methodologies.
• Secure support from store leadership and manage the T&E budget.
• Present executive summaries at client annual and regional meetings.
• Clearly communicate client-specific features and benefits of protection plans.
• Preferred candidates should reside in California, Washington, Arizona, or Colorado.
• This is a remote-based role with potential travel of 60–75% and frequent overnight stays.
• Experience in establishing quality relationships at Senior Leadership levels, including Regional Vice President.
• Formal training or experience in presentations is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to resolve complex issues through innovative strategies.
• Experience in engaging with leaders across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to inform action planning.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of achieving assigned financial or sales targets.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2 years of B2B or outside account sales management experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail store or district management.
• Must be able to pass the State Property and Casualty Licensing exam.
• Overnight travel is mandatory.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary.
