This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the process for new inquiries and evaluate potential business opportunities before proceeding with a response intention.
• Offer technical and commercial assistance to clients throughout the inquiry phase.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure effective management of the design process.
• Comprehend client requirements and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
• Formulate strategies to deliver value, boost revenue, and meet company sales objectives.
• Create plans and strategies aimed at business development.
• Generate and present regular sales reports that support crucial business decisions.
• Develop frequent forecasts utilizing predictive models to recognize upcoming sales trends and influencing factors.
• Maintain consistent communication with key clients.
• Equip sales team members with the necessary tools and timely information to achieve sales goals.
• Strategically cultivate and manage multiple clients across Europe.
• Manage and enhance existing business while exploring new opportunities to provide customer value, increase profitability, and grow revenue.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales EMEA.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role with a proven track record of delivering top-notch sales operations to meet revenue targets and company objectives.
• Demonstrated capability in managing and developing key accounts, converting leads, and selling technical products.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and experience collaborating with design and estimating teams.
• Familiarity with Switchgear is a plus.
• Proven skill in managing key accounts as well as generating new business opportunities.
• Highly proficient in computer use, particularly in PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Practical knowledge of the sales cycle, contact management databases, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, staff management, development, and operational skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities, strategic and analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable engaging with all management levels.
• Must reside in Ireland.
• May require occasional travel.
