This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and nurture profitable relationships with new business accounts.
• Enhance profitability from current accounts.
• Recognize business opportunities through an understanding of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to both existing and potential clients.
• Educate clients on the advantages of the organization's products and services.
• Develop and sustain an effective referral network and call program to drive sales.
• Travel within the designated markets as required.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service issues, and organizational operations.
• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.
• Capacity to creatively address client concerns and issues.
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must reside in the Bethlehem, Allentown, and Reading areas of Pennsylvania.
• Compliance with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies, is required.
• Must adhere to applicable regulations, which may include FINRA, NMLS registration, Reg Z, Reg G, OFAC, NFA, FCPA, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act, and federal guidelines.
