This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Take charge of acquiring and closing new business within designated geographic territories and/or states.
• Engage with C-level executives, VPs, and field-based personnel, tailoring strategies for each persona.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and supporting sales teams to develop acquisition tactics and manage the pipeline.
• Appropriately utilize the “zippered” sales approach.
• Actively prospect and strategically follow up with potential new clients.
• Develop relationships with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, tradeshows, industry events, and conferences.
• Design and implement outreach micro-strategies while tracking interactions with prospects.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with Tenna's procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
• Generate outbound email communications using CRM software and analyze the outcomes.
• Achieve revenue growth that meets or surpasses quarterly business objectives and forecasts.
• Utilize cross-functional internal resources to secure new business.
• Implement Tenna’s strategic selling methodology.
• Clearly communicate Tenna’s product value to potential customers.
• Travel to engage with prospects, network, sell, and meet potential customers on-site.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market changes through associations, webinars, and events.
• Over 3 years of experience in selling enterprise software to the construction industry or related fields, demonstrating success in Enterprise SaaS sales.
• More than 7 years of experience managing all facets of the sales cycle, with a focus on building prospect relationships, contract negotiation, and closing.
• At least 7 years of experience performing targeted searches and queries to research, qualify, and convert viable sales leads.
• Significant experience engaging with and presenting to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based staff.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying roles that consistently deliver revenue growth meeting or exceeding quarterly business goals.
• Extensive experience traveling frequently as a strategic means to prospect, network, and sell, up to 70% of the time.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is strongly preferred.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience leading both virtual and in-person product demonstrations using platforms like WebEx, Zoom, etc.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations, public speaking, and presentations.
• Ability to comprehend prospective customers’ needs within a complex purchasing organization.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

• Remote work option available; candidates must either reside in or be willing to relocate to Seattle, WA.
• Travel required, up to 70% within the Seattle metropolitan area.
